Can counselling help me?

We all have times in our lives when we encounter difficulties and struggle to make sense of what is happening to us. Counselling provides an opportunity to talk about our problems, fears, anxieties, hope and dreams in a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space.

Research shows that counselling works best when we feel comfortable and at ease with our chosen therapist and that feeling listened to, accepted and understood is really important. For this reason I am always happy to offer potential clients a free half hour session in order to experience the way I work.
